  • Sale of new and refurbished Apple products
  • Custom-to-Order (CTO) Apple products
  • Out-of-warranty and warranty-authorised Apple repairs
  • Data transfer, diagnostics, and related services

Important things to know:

  • Custom-to-Order (CTO) devices are non-refundable and non-cancellable once ordered.
  • Repair work cannot be cancelled once authorisation has been given.
  • TekStore uses only genuine Apple parts for all Apple warranty and out-of-warranty repairs.
  • Customers are responsible for data backup. TekStore cannot be held liable for data loss.
  • Quotes are valid for 7 days.
  • Uncollected devices after 60 days may be recycled or disposed of.
  • Loan devices are available subject to availability and agreement.
  • Payment is required before collection or dispatch of any goods or repaired devices.
  • Warranty repairs are free of charge if covered by Apple; otherwise, standard charges apply.

PART 1: SALES TERMS


1. Definitions

  • We/Us/Our: TekStore Ltd, Registered in England & Wales.
  • You/Your: The customer purchasing goods or services from us.
  • Goods: Any new, refurbished, or Custom-to-Order (CTO) Apple devices or accessories sold by TekStore.

2. Orders & Payment

  • All orders must be paid in full before collection or dispatch.
  • Prices include VAT where applicable.
  • We accept payment via the methods listed on our website or in-store.

3. Custom-to-Order (CTO) Products

  • Custom-to-Order (CTO) devices are built or configured specifically to your requirements and are non-refundable and non-cancellable once ordered.
  • CTO devices include, but are not limited to, Apple products with non-standard specifications (e.g., customised memory, processor, or storage).
  • Once a CTO order is placed, it cannot be altered, cancelled, or refunded for any reason.
  • Payment in full is required at the time of ordering.

4. Refurbished Equipment

  • All refurbished goods are tested, graded, and sold with a TekStore warranty (typically 12 months unless otherwise stated).
  • This warranty covers parts and labour but excludes accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorised modifications.

5. Delivery & Collection

  • Delivery or collection dates are estimates only and may vary due to supply or courier delays.
  • Risk passes to you upon collection or delivery.

6. Cancellations & Returns

  • You may cancel before dispatch unless the item is Custom-to-Order (CTO).
  • Online sales qualify for a 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, except for CTO or personalised items.
  • In-store sales of refurbished goods are final unless faulty.

7. Liability

  • TekStore shall not be liable for indirect loss, loss of profits, or data loss resulting from the use of goods.
  • Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

PART 2: REPAIR & SERVICE TERMS


1. Estimates, Authorisation & Cancellation

  • Non-warranty repairs are quoted prior to work commencing.
  • Customer authorisation (written, verbal, or electronic) is required before any repair proceeds.
  • Once authorised, repairs cannot be cancelled as parts may be ordered and work commenced immediately.
  • If you decline repair after diagnosis, a diagnostic fee may apply.

2. Data & Privacy

  • You are responsible for backing up all data before repair or service.
  • TekStore is not responsible for any data loss, corruption, or software removal during diagnosis, repair, or testing.
  • Apple-authorised repairs may include restoring your device to factory settings as part of the repair process.

3. Loan Equipment

  • Loan devices are offered subject to availability and agreement.
  • They must be returned in the same condition.
  • Replacement fees apply for damage, loss, or non-return.

4. Warranty Repairs

  • Warranty repairs are completed in accordance with Apple’s service policies.
  • Only genuine Apple parts are used.
  • TekStore cannot override Apple’s warranty eligibility decisions.
  • Repairs deemed out of warranty by Apple will be chargeable.

5. Out-of-Warranty Repairs

  • Payment in full is required before collection.
  • Repaired parts typically carry a 90-day TekStore warranty unless stated otherwise.
  • This warranty covers the specific part replaced and does not extend to unrelated faults.

6. Uncollected Devices

  • Devices not collected within 60 days of notification may be recycled or disposed of at TekStore’s discretion.
  • Reasonable attempts will be made to contact you prior to disposal.

7. Liability

  • TekStore is not responsible for any data loss, accessory loss (e.g., cases, SIMs, screen protectors), or consequential damages.
  • TekStore’s total liability shall not exceed the cost of the repair or the item value.
  • Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

8. Parts Ownership

  • Replaced parts removed during repair become the property of TekStore or Apple as applicable.

9. Force Majeure

  • TekStore is not responsible for delays or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including part shortages, courier delays, or system outages.

10. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
