Repair pricing depends on the product, the model and the fault. For many devices, we carry out diagnostics first so we can identify the issue and provide a clear repair quote before any work begins.

We charge a diagnostic fee to assess your device. If you proceed with the repair, this fee is credited towards the final cost.

Genuine vs third-party repairs

Apple Authorised repairs use genuine Apple parts and approved processes. Lower-cost third-party repairs may use non-genuine components that can affect performance, reliability and long-term support.

Repair times

Repair times vary depending on the device and issue. Some repairs can be completed quickly, while others require assessment, parts, or more complex work. We will always confirm turnaround time before proceeding.

Preparing your device for repair

Before bringing your device in, we recommend backing up your data, making sure you know your Apple ID details, and turning off Find My where required.
